These half-day, small group introductory workshops in Fulham are practical and informal, and are specially designed for people with little or no experience of the Alexander Technique.

Introductory Workshops provide an opportunity to learn about the principles of the Technique, and how to begin applying them yourself.

Each workshop includes an individual follow-up lesson at a later date. Cost: £40
